Using TrueClub
TrueClub helps passengers find others travelling to nearby parts of the city and share a cab. You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate details when you sign up.
Bookings and fares
Cabs are booked through licensed providers. Each rider pays their share of the fare directly to the driver. TrueClub does not collect or hold fare payments, so any disputes over payment are between the riders and the driver.
Conduct
Treat other riders with respect. We may remove riders for repeated complaints, harassment or unsafe behaviour.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you when we make material changes.
