- What is TrueClub?
- TrueClub connects air passengers heading to nearby parts of the city. You can share one cab with people you choose and split the fare by distance.
- Where does it launch?
- We are launching at Kempegowda International Airport (BLR) in Bengaluru first, then expanding to other airports once it works well. Join the waitlist to hear when we open.
- How is the fare split?
- Each rider pays in proportion to the distance they would have travelled alone. No rider pays more than about 70% of their solo fare.
- Can I choose who I ride with?
- Yes. You see each rider's first name, photo and rating, and the area they are dropping off. You approve requests before anyone joins.
- Will other riders see my phone number or address?
- No. Other riders see only your drop-off area. Phone numbers are masked, and chat stays in the app.
- What if nobody joins my ride?
- You can go solo at a quoted price, wait a few more minutes, or join another ride that has appeared.
- How do I pay?
- You pay your share of the fare directly to the driver. Riders agree on the split and settle it between themselves. TrueClub does not collect or hold fare payments. Prices are in ₹.
- Is there a booking fee?
- No. Booking with TrueClub is free. You pay your share of the fare to the driver.
- Can I filter riders by religion, caste or similar?
- No. TrueClub filters only for safety, such as women-only rides. We never filter or sort riders by religion, caste or anything similar.
